I am writing this with the Nokia 770 tablet… I managed to get my hands on one… and I must say, I am impressed. Though it is a Nokia product, it is not a phone (yet - more on that in a minute)… it’s main function is as an “internet services” device… hence it’s biggest feature - integrated wi-fi. What makes this really cool though is that it’s powered by Linux - which means the platform is open source - which means that it should be easy for developers to write programs for it… which is why I say it’s not a phone - yet. I wouldn’t be surprised if a VoIP program showed up, along with the many other free software apps that will be written for this thing… very cool in my book.

Plug in. Sia bene.
