And, as such, much has happened since my last post - much that I won’t even try to remember.

I have an iPod now. Yes, it’s true. And wonderful. Yes, it was expensive, but worth it.

School is going well. I’m enjoying my classes and the work isn’t terribly difficult - but I am looking forward to the coming holiday breaks. Thanksgiving will be good; my grandmother will be in town, and that will be cool since I haven’t seen her since… the summer. Then it’s just one more week of “school,” then it’s finals week and we’ll be out of here for our awesome 5 week Christmas break before we know it. I’ve found myself missing my family more. I thought that I’d miss them less as time went by, but instead I miss them more.

Lindsay and I went to see the new Wallace & Gromit movie last night; it’s really funny, though it had a couple hinted “dirty” parts that I don’t remember seeing in their other films… but still hilarious - go and see it.

Upcoming holidays means the Cowboy Band will be getting busy soon. We will be marching the Chuy’s Christmas Parade in Austin the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The next weekend, we’ll march the Ranger Christmas Parade in Ranger on Friday night, and the Neiman-Marcus Adolphus Christmas Parade in Dallas on Saturday morning. Keep in mind, the Adolphus parade is nationally syndicated, meaning you can watch us from home… or if you live in the Dallas area, you should come see the parade live…

In other news, I’ve revived my pictures page (the “Main Gallery”). Go have a look.

Plug in. Sia bene.
